Way-finding/ general location

Where can I park?

The Calgary Parking Authority runs a 433-stall underground parkade (Lot 60) at the CTCC (727 – First Street SE). For a map, rates and hours, see Lot 60.

Where can I find an ATM/cash machine?

You’ll find an automated banking machine on the main floor of the North Building near Guest Services.

Downtown Calgary has numerous banking machines and bank branches.

Where can I charge my electronic devices?

The Exhibition Hall pre-function space in the North Building has a charging station that can power up to eight devices in lockable containers.

Where is the nearest public telephone?

You will find public telephones in the pre-function spaces of Exhibition Hall in the North Building and Macleod Hall in the South Building.

What is the +15 (Plus 15)?

The Calgary +15 (Plus 15) system is a series of enclosed and connected walkways 15 feet above the ground. Covering some 16 kilometres (10 miles), it is the world’s most extensive pedestrian skywalk network. The Calgary +15 has 59 bridges and links dozens of buildings in downtown Calgary, including the CTCC.

How do I get to the CTCC?

The CTCC is easily reached by:

  • By air—Calgary is a four-hour flight from Toronto, a five-hour flight from New York and an eight-and-a-half-hour flight from London. From the airport, the CTCC is a 20-minute drive by cab, sedan or rental vehicle. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) has details.
  • By road—Calgary is at the intersection of two major highways: the TransCanada, which runs east/west across the entire country; and the CANAMEX Corridor, which runs north/south from Alaska to Mexico.
  • By public transit—from within Calgary, the CTCC is easily reached by both of the city’s Light Rail Transit lines and several major bus routes. For details, see Calgary Transit.

How far is the CTCC from the Calgary International Airport?

The CTCC is a 20-minute drive by cab, sedan or rental vehicle from the Calgary International Airport. The Calgary International Airport (YYC) has details.

What does room/space rental include?

Our standard room set-up for theatre, classroom, boardroom or u-shape includes:

  • One floor plan for each set-up for more than 50 people (if required)
  • Comfortable seating arranged
  • Clean floors and freshly vacuumed carpets
  • Ice water, with noon refresh, on boardroom, u-shape, hollow square and head table set-ups
  • Water station or water cooler, or both
  • Pads and pens on boardroom, u-shape, hollow square and head table set-ups
  • Digital listing of your event throughout the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre
  • One registration table– which may be set-up in the pre-function area
  • Local phone at registration table or conference office
  • Four – 16”/24”high x 6’ x 8’ uncarpeted staging units
  • One 15-amp electrical circuit
  • One podium.

Where can I get photocopies made?

CTCC Business Services Centre, located next to Guest Services in the North Building, has a photocopier. The centre offers a number of business services, two PC-based computers and office supplies.

Does the CTCC have wi-fi?

The CTCC works with event organizers to create custom wi-fi networks for the convenience of their guests and attendees.

What restaurants are nearby?

You will find many of Calgary’s finest and favourite restaurants just a short walk from the CTCC. Many are along the city’s only pedestrian mall, Stephan Avenue, which is right outside our doors.
