Whether you need a comfortable room for brainstorming, a neutral boardroom for negotiations, or a room that’s wired for overseas teleconferencing, one of CTCC’s 36 meeting rooms will work perfectly. Spaces are configured to suit your meeting format, from theatre seating to formal dinners.
Many rooms are soundproof, so different groups can meet in adjacent rooms at the same time. All rooms have individual thermostats and advanced telecommunication abilities. Nearby pre-function spaces give guests a place to gather before meetings or at a reception or luncheon afterwards. And our exclusive catering partnership with the Calgary Marriott Hotel is sure to help fuel your thinking.

North Building
The TELUS Meeting Rooms in the North Building have soundproof walls, flexible room configurations and two pre-function areas.
South Building
In the South Building, the upper-floor Glen Meeting Rooms offer flexible configurations with full telecommunications services and a large pre-function space.
Macleod Hall divides into seven soundproof areas with individual audio-visual, lighting and temperature controls. Macleod E has four separate rooms, pre-function space and 14-foot ceilings.
Chinook divides into four separate meeting rooms, with a pre-function space.
