Pre-function spaces help to make a good first impression. Calgary TELUS Convention Centre’s pre-function areas will set the tone for your event from the moment your guests walk through the door.
Professional event planners know the importance of the first impression. CTCC’s ample and unique pre-function spaces provide room for guest registration and spaces for delegates to meet up and get comfortable before heading into the big keynote, interactive breakout session or tradeshow. You could also use the CTCC’s pre-function areas for information tables, session registration, and networking events with catering and bar service.
From registration through to the book signing by the final keynote speaker, CTCC’s pre-function areas will help you leave a positive and lasting impression with your guests.
North Building
The North Hall Pre-Function area is an elegant, multi-purpose space just outside Exhibition Hall CDE. Its floor-to-ceiling (24.5') east and south facing windows provide inspiring views. This space can be used for overflow from the exhibition hall, an incredible reception, refreshing coffee breaks or event registration.
The TELUS Pre-Function areas are adjacent to the TELUS Meeting Rooms. The spaces are glass-enclosed for privacy while keeping the space open and welcoming. These spaces can be used for registration, coffee breaks or even a cocktail reception at the end of a day of meetings.
South Building
The Glen Pre-Function space is surrounded by the Glen Meeting Rooms. This space is very modern and enjoys natural light from skylight windows. It is ideal for registration, a pre-meeting breakfast or a lunch buffet.
The Macleod Pre-Function spaces are adjacent to the Macleod rooms. Macleod E Pre-Function occupies the long foyer area outside of the four Macleod E meeting rooms. The Macleod Hall Pre-Function space is perfect for registration, a welcoming bar area or a late night buffet.
