Sales Team

Event Managers
One of the ways we ensure top caliber service is to appoint an event manager to each event – your dedicated liaison between each of our many team members and partners. Once your event is confirmed, your event manager will carefully guide you through every planning detail. First, we listen attentively to your needs and wishes. Then we help to connect you with our internal suppliers and prepare an event plan which spells out every detail. Customer service is fundamental and the key to our success.
Operations Department
CTCC’s engineers, security, housekeeping and maintenance employees work hard behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly at your event. We understand it’s the things you don’t see, the details you don’t have to worry about, that make an event truly memorable. For your peace of mind, CTCC personnel also possess a working knowledge of building codes and fire regulations, ensuring every meeting or event space is planned and implemented in strict accordance with regulations.
